EVERYHUMAN was founded by a mother and daughter team who are deeply passionate about providing unique and personalised services to individuals affected by disabilities, illnesses, and age-related challenges. Tash has extensive experience in the community services industry, having dedicated many years to working with individuals across a wide range of disabilities. Her passion for empowering others drives her commitment to understanding each person's unique needs and aspirations. Tash excels at fostering supportive relationships, ensuring that her clients feel heard and valued. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with diverse teams and has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in the disability community. Tash is skilled in developing tailored support strategies that promote independence and enhance the quality of life for her clients. Her expertise and compassionate approach make her a trusted advocate for individuals seeking to navigate their journeys with confidence and resilience.

Mel

While Mel may not have as much direct experience in community services, she brings a valuable background in finance and business operations to our team. Her expertise in navigating legislative requirements is crucial in maintaining our NDIS registration and ensuring that we meet all necessary standards.
Mel's strong analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to our commitment to compliance and best practices. As we prepare for our upcoming NDIS audit, her strategic approach will help us not only meet but exceed the expectations set forth by the NDIS, reinforcing our dedication to providing high-quality support services.
